The interNational Association of Lighting Management Companies (NALMCO) has extended an invitation to IUVA members to attend NALMCO’s 2023 Annual Convention and Trade Show in Indian Wells, California, October 8-11, 2023. The event will celebrate the association’s 70th anniversary. Highlights include the following:

• Multiple training courses are offered, to include the new Germicidal UV-C Technician and Designer Training and Certification. Other informative sessions, networking opportunities and an exhibit hall are included.
• Keynote speaker Mark Lien will present “Emerging & Converging Trends & Technologies,” focusing on eight technologies currently converging with the lighting industry and their likely impact.
• The National Lighting Bureau (NLB) will announce the winners of the 1st annual Transformation Awards. This award recognizes excellence in lighting retrofit projects that use creative lighting systems and controls to improve visual performance, reuse and repurpose luminaires, reduce light pollution, and enhance safety and security.
