The open-access journal Water (ISSN 2073-4441, IF 3.530) has announced the launch of a special issue: “Advances in UV Water and Wastewater Treatment Technology.” Guest editor of this issue is Dr. Yaal Lester, head of the Environment and Natural Resources program in the Department of Material Engineering at Azrieli College of Engineering in Jerusalem, Israel.

Expert researchers in the field are invited to contribute an article to the special issue. Papers may be submitted from now until April 15, 2023, as papers will be published on an ongoing basis. Submitted papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are encouraged to send a short abstract or tentative title to the editorial office in advance (rasuo@mdpi.com).

Water is one of MDPI’s open access journals. It is indexed in *SCIE* and has the Impact Factor 3.530 An article processing charge (APC) of 2200 CHF (Swiss Francs) applies to papers accepted after peer review.
