Workshop on Ultraviolet Disinfection Technologies & Healthcare Associated Infections: Defining Standards and Metrology Needs

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has engaged with the International Ultra Violet Association (IUVA) to explore ways to address these challenges and help advance measures of device disinfection efficacy, reliability, and operation. NIST and IUVA are co-hosting a unique event that provides the community with an opportunity to learn about the current science in HAI prevention with UVC and to discuss standard needs in both the physical and biological performance areas for UVC disinfection devices.
