IUVA Education Committee Presents Workshop at ASDWA/EPA Event
The IUVA was once again invited to partner with the Association of Safe Drinking Water Administrators to present a workshop on UV, this time at the US EPA ORD and Region 6-2019 Small Drinking Water Systems Meeting on May 20 in Addison, Texas. This free meeting – held in partnership with EPA’s Office of Research and Development, EPA Region 6, Region 6 States (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas) and the ASDWA – was intended to provide an in-depth overview on various solutions and strategies for handling small drinking water system compliance challenges. The IUVA Education Committee is working to gather feedback on these efforts to refine its presentation materials and intends to participate in future ASDWA/EPA regional and other appropriate events.
