Wednesday healthcare session announced
We just added details for the “GUVI Technologies for Healthcare: Looking Ahead 10 Years – What Can We Expect, and What Should We Be Doing” session taking place Wednesday, September 28. This session features a keynote presentation from Dr. Stephanie Guerra, assistant director for Health Security and Biodefense, White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
At this session, the latest trends in germicidal ultraviolet irradiation technologies (GUVI) for healthcare will be discussed. This session will feature invited speakers to provide relevant perspectives from the federal sector, updates on infectious disease and dialogue on GUVI sources and devices in the context of germicidal applications and looking ahead in the next 10 years. In addition, updates on programs and resources available from industry associations will be highlighted. This will be a half-day session taking place from 8:30 a.m. to noon EDT.
Local tours sign-up
All current registrants will be contacted so they can sign up for one of the local tours being organized for Wednesday afternoon. In order to sign up for a tour, you need to be registered for the conference so register now.
